We are expanding our production facility, and we need to find enthusiastic and qualified individuals for the following positions:

Chef Chocolatier (Posted April 9, 2007)

Our chef manages our production kitchen and leads our team of 6 chocolatiers.  The ideal candidate will have:

1. Pastry and/or chocolate education
2. At least 3-5 years experience in pastry and/or chocolate
3. Experience managing and training people
