company include:
Chef Chocolatier
The Chef Chocolatier is a hands-on
position. The Chef is in charge of managing the team that
produces our artisan chocolates. We consider applicants
with:
1. 3-5 years of kitchen experience
2. At least 1 year working with chocolate
3. At least 1 year experience supervising and training a
minimum of 4 people
Our Production staff work 4 days per week, 10 hours per day for
most of the year.
Chocolatier
Our Chocolatiers produce our chocolates. We consider applicants
with:
1. 1 year experience working in a high-volume kitchen and/or
2. Education in pastry
Our Production staff work 4 days per week, 10 hours per day for
most of the year.
Retail Staff
Our retail staff members love helping
our clients get the chocolate they
want. They believe
in outstanding client service,
have high energy, acute attention
to detail and a demonstrated ability
to multi-task. For
this position, we consider applicants
with some work experience in sales.
Our store is open Monday-Saturday from 10:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. and
Sunday from 12:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. We offer some extended hours
during peak seasons.
